Eligibility: The Colorado State Shooting Association (“CSSA”) Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of CSSA, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and persons living in the same household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sweepstakes Period:
Entries are accepted on an ongoing basis until the Sweepstakes is terminated.
How to Enter Without Purchase:
To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, participants must send a handwritten letter via U.S. mail to the following address:

The specific contest, identified by that contest's unique prize, that the participant intends to enter
Written Statement: A written statement explaining why Senate Bill 25-003 (SB25-003) is unconstitutional. The statement must be original and in the participant’s own words.
A self-addressed, stamped envelope if the participant requests confirmation of receipt.
Each letter must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within 7 days thereafter. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
Alternative Entry with Purchase: Participants may also enter by having a specific interaction, stated with the announcement of all sweepstakes, with CSSA during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize(s): Prizes, stated with the announcement of all sweepstakes, are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at CSSA’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
Firearm Prize Compliance: The winner must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and transfer. The prize is subject to background checks and all applicable legal requirements. If the winner is unable to meet these requirements or is prohibited from owning or receiving the firearm prize, an alternate prize of comparable value or a cash equivalent may be awarded at CSSA’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection: Participants may also enter by having a specific interaction, stated with the announcement of all sweepstakes, with CSSA during the Sweepstakes Period or by following the above instructions to enter without purchase. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email, text, phone call, or U.S. mail within 30 days of the winner selection. If a winner does not respond within 3 days or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at CSSA’s discretion.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and CSSA’s decisions, which are final and binding. CSSA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to interfere with the Sweepstakes. CSSA is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries, or for any technical failures that may affect entry.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants release CSSA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Winner List: To request the name(s) of the winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address above within 60 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
