Good Samaritans: People legally carrying guns have protected others

An eyewitness said a good Samaritan in a nearby car shot the alleged suspect during an attempted carjacking at a busy shopping center. Meanwhile, another bystander, who has a permit to carry, pulled his gun and prepared to protect other customers in a restaurant close to the scene.
