Will Virginia repeal its draconian red flag gun confiscation law?
On February 16, 2022, the Virginia House of Delegates voted 52-47 for House Bill 509, a bill that would have repealed Virginia’s red flag gun confiscation order which was passed in 2020.
In doing so, the Virginia State House became the first chamber of any state government that had passed a repeal of its kind.
