CSSA is Bringing the Fight to Defend the Second Amendment to the Courts

After defeating two of the most egregious bills brought forward this legislative session, including the "Assault Weapons Ban," the Colorado State Shooting Association is taking the fight to defend the Second Amendment to the courts. On August 7th we filed a lawsuit against the bill prohibiting young adults aged 18-20 from purchasing firearms, as well as the bill requiring a three-day waiting period to purchase firearms. You can view the official complaint by clicking on the link below titled "CSSA v. Polis."

We Need Your Support:

Despite our victories over some of the worst anti-gun legislation presented this session, several pieces of anti-gun legislation did get signed into law. We must continue the fight against those bills in the courts and we need all of the resources we can get in order to be effective.
