Democrats have failed miserably when it comes to passing gun control via legislative means. As a result, they’re desperately finding every avenue possible to carry out their anti-gun agenda.
The new strategy they’re using is lawfare. Specifically, using lawsuits to go after manufacturers and sellers of firearms by undermining the current immunity protections they enjoy from lawsuits.
From there, these companies can be held liable for crimes committed with the firearms they sell.
