Arizona is a Second Amendment leader among states in the Union. It’s passage of Constitutional Carry in 2010 helped spark the seemingly unstoppable wave of Constitutional Carry that has swept across the nation.

Even with its passage of Constitutional Carry, Arizona lawmakers are not complacent. They are still working to expand Second Amendment rights in the state.

For example, State Senator Wendy Rodgers put forth a campus carry bill, SB 1123, that would allow lawful students to carry handguns on campus. Earlier this week, on January 24, the Senate Judiciary Committee allowed for individuals to testify in support and opposition to this bill.
