This year's legislative session was the biggest attack on the Second Amendment in Colorado history. We fought back and were able to defeat some of the worst elements of the gun grabbers' anti-gun agenda. Still, the gun grabbers were able to cram through a historic number of gun control bills. Here is the final status of every anti-gun bill.

1. HB24-1292 - the "Assault Weapons Ban" - DEAD.
2. HB24-1310 - the SLOWER Bill - DEAD.
3. HB24-1270 - the "Firearm Liability Insurance Requirement" - DEAD.
4. HB24-1174 - Concealed Carry Training Requirement Increase - Passed.
5. SB24-131 - "Sensitive Spaces" ban on college campus carry - Passed.
6. SB24-003 - CBI "Gun Police" Task Force - Passed.
7. SB24-066 - Bill to track firearm purchases to build a gun-owner registry - Passed.
8. HB24-1349 - "Firearms & Ammunition Excise Tax" - Passed.
9. HB24-1353 - "Firearms Dealer Requirements & Permit" (state permit for gun stores) - Passed.
10. HB24-1348 - "Secure Firearm Storage in a Vehicle" - Passed.

As we speak our legal team is exploring every legal option to get these horrible bills overturned. The excise tax will go onto the November ballot for a vote of the people. We will fight to ensure its defeat at the ballot box. We will also be working diligently to remove as many of the gun grabbers from office as possible.
